1.What are the payment options?

You can pay through Credit/Debit cards, Google Pay, Phonepe, Bank Transfer payment modes. No Cash on Delivery.

2.What is your return policy?

All our products undergo quality checks before delivery, but still, if you received a damaged/defective product you will need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video of the product to return the product. The product should be in its original packaging and in an unused or unwashed condition to receive the refund. 

IMPORTANT: Kindly film a video while opening the package. The unboxing video is a must for a refund if received a damaged Product. No unboxing Video No refund/Exchange 

3.Do you arrange a reverse pickup?

Reverse pickup is applicable only for selected areas. You can check it out by contacting our team through or by leaving a message on +91 8123072113. If your pin code doesn't have a reverse pickup, you will have to ship the item back.

4.Where should I send the Product?

Please send the items to the below address.

5.When will I get the replacement?

You will receive a replacement only after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  •  The packaging should have the original tags.

  • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled, and unwashed.

  • You need to inform about the return within 24 hours of delivery and should be returned within 7 days from the dispatch date.


The item will not be replaced if the above conditions are not met and no amount will be reimbursed in this case.

6.Can I choose a different item for replacement?

If the value of the replacement product is the same you can exchange but if it exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid. Remember you can get a replacement only within 10 days after the product reached our warehouse meeting the above conditions in question 5.

7.What is your exchange policy?

If you are having any size issues then the product can be exchanged. The exchange request should be made within 24 hrs of the product delivery. No exchanges will be entertained after 24hrs. If your size is out of stock then the amount will be refunded.

8.What is your refund policy?

The amount you paid for the product (MRP)  will be refunded.

In case you are self-shipping the items to House of Nava Ekha due to the unavailability of reverse pick up in your location, Rs.100  will be reimbursed through a gift voucher only if the items are received back meeting the conditions in question 5.

No return/ refund/exchange for customized orders (XXL - more) since it's made to your measurements.

No return/refund/exchange on sale items.
